Convergent is growing! We are seeking an experienced field engineer who is certified/familiar with Mitel products.   

 

You must be a motivated individual that is reliable, adaptable, flexible, and has excellent customer service skills.  A smiling, positive, can do attitude is a must.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Providing support to our customers in the servicing and operation of their hosted and premise-based phone systems. Support will be on-site at customer locations as well as remote support.

 

• Fixing wiring issues - may involve inside cable work, troubleshooting, etc.

 

• Programming of systems that use a variety of OS’s.

 

Skills/Requirements:

• High School diploma required

• Valid and clean driver’s license required

• Keyboarding skills are a must

• Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus

• Comfortable with technology, hand tools, and PC’s.

• Must be able to communicate effectively

 

Benefits:

• This is an hourly position with pay commensurate with experience.  It is anticipated this is a 40 hour per week position.
